Family Plan:
• 15% discount on food & beverage in outlet
during their stay (1 May-31Oct.).
• Free of charge of child under 8 years old (No
ABF), sharing room with parents without extra bed.
Booking Deposit Refund:
• In order to guarantee your reservation a credit
card number with its name older and expiry date is needed.
• Request full payment for all booking arriving
and staying in period 24 December 2008- 31 Jan 2009.
• Should the guest check-out before the date booked
a refund is possible but 1 penalty night will be retained
by the hotel for early check-out.
Cancellation & No Show
Policy:
• 01 Nov. - 20 Dec. : 3 working days prior
to arrival date and no show is 1 night charged.
• 21 Dec. - 15 Feb. : 14 working days prior
to arrival date and no show is charged 25 % of total
cost.
• 16 Feb. - 15 Apr. : 7 working days prior
to arrival date and no show is 1 night charge.
• 16 Apr. - 31 Oct. : 3 working days prior
to arrival date and no show is 1 night is 1 night charged.
Remark:
Working day does not include Sat., Sun. & Thailand
Public Holidays
If notification of cancellation received after payment
is done and before stimulated period as above. There
will no cancellation charge, Except for a credit card
processing fee of 5 %
If notification of cancellation received less than stimulated
period as above:
a credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS at least
one night charge will be levied. (Preview the above
policy please)
